In the historic centre of Lucca, this impressive 16th century building boasts stunning original features and now houses spacious, air conditioned, en suite accommodation, completely renovated in 2006.
It is located in front of the beautiful gardens of Bottini Villa, once the residence of Elisa Bonaparte. Today, many of the residence's beautiful carefully preserved original features remain, including stunning wood-beamed ceilings. All of the accommodation was fully renovated in 2006 and includes modern comforts and facilities, as well as large, spacious private bathrooms.
The superb central location means you can easily reach all the principal historical attractions of this magnificent old city in just a few minutes.
Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast in the delightful covered garden throughout the year.
The residence is composed of a main building and an annexe Dependance situated 80 mt. from the residence, on the second floor, and also of two apartments that are completely separate from the main building.

Our Rooms:

Double Superior: these comfortably spacious, air-conditioned rooms have an en suite shower and bath, satellite tv, minibar, electronic safe, central heating, hair dryer. The prices per room are from 75 euros to 100 euros. Possibility of room with garden view on request at an extra charge.
Double Standard: these air-conditioned en suite rooms are smaller than the Superior rooms and have a shower, colour tv, hair dryer, minibar, safe and central heating. They are very quiet. The prices per room are from euro 65 to euro 88.
Triple Rooms: these air-conditioned en suite rooms have one double bed and one single bed (or 3 single beds), colour tv, hair dryer, minibar, electronic safe and central heating. The prices per room are from euro 85 to euro 110.
