Villa Coronata's attendant farmhouse is a traditional, stone-built, Tuscan country house, which has been carefully converted and refurbished to provide additional high-standard vacation accommodation. The farmhouse has the same welcoming, rustic atmosphere as the villa, with terracotta tiles, chestnut beams and wooden fittings lending a warm contrast to the traditional lime-washed walls.
The farmhouse lies just across from the villa, and has two floors, each of which has access to the gardens. The ground floor has a twin bedroom with en suite shower, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The first floor consists of the main bedroom, a full bathroom and a spacious, comfortably-furnished kitchen/dining/living room.
Please note that the farmhouse is not rented separately.
Villa Coronata's location could hardly be more ideal if you want to combine relaxation with a bit of sightseeing. Once you tire of the splendid scenery, the fresh country air wafting through the olive groves, and the large blue pool, there is plenty to do and see within easy driving distance.
Local shopping and services are in the village of San Martino, only a few kilometres away. Here you can find a small supermarket, shops, bars, a bank, a post office, a butcher's shop and much more.
The sandy beaches of Viareggio and the Versilian Riviera are only half an hour away, and 20 minutes will see you in the provincial capital of Lucca.

The ancient centre, enclosed in spectacular 17th century walls, is a maze of narrow streets lined with houses, shops and offices interspersed with grand squares and numerous churches. The city has excellent facilities and an active social calendar — regular concerts, theatre, craft and antique markets, exhibitions and pageants.
Lucca also has excellent transport links (motorway, rail and bus) to the rest of Tuscany and central Italy. Pisa (with its leaning tower and airport), Florence, the vineyards of Chianti and the mountainous nature reserves of the Garfagnana are all with easy driving distance.
