Cottage Maria, sleeping from 2 to 6 people, is placed at the bottom of the Villa Rosselmini garden, and guests have access to the twenty hectares of working estate and to the swimming pool (plus solarium).

The house has a private garden where you can stay with your own privacy. In Casa Maria there are 2 bedrooms with king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a big living room with fireplace, and a separate kitchen.

It has two complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The cottage has central heating and can be rented at times of the year.

The gardens of the main villa -shared with other guests - offer shade and freshness thanks to the beautiful oaks.
There are numerous tables and chairs for relaxing and dining al fresco, and forchildren we have a soccer field and swings. Weekly prices range from EURO €600 to €1200 for 6 guests.

The main building of our agritourism property is a magnificent 18th century villa where I live with my family the whole year round; attached to the villa are two large farm buildings which have been turned into the apartments and house of the agritourism.
The village of Calci, only 400 metres away, lies at the feet of the hills that divide Pisa from Lucca, in a beautiful valley, covered with olive trees. The village is reachable in just a few minutes walk, and you'll find little restaurants, a supermarket, a few shops that provide basic facilities, a bank and a post office.
Its inhabitants are very hospitable and work mainly in agriculture - you really feel the rhythm of life flowing slowly, as in the 19th century.

We are close to the major artistic town in Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, Siena) and also to the, seaside. The village of Calci offers tennis course (800 metres from us), foot or bike trekking on the hills between woods and olive trees, and many artistic attractions. In Calci we have a marvellous Certosa; in the neighbourhood you can see the leaning tower of Pisa and the beautiful rock of Volterra. From the village of Calci depart two main valleys, with their small villages called Tre Colli and Montemagno, where you can find typical restaurants and very quite atmospheres.

Withing the grounds of the estate you can find Casa Pascolo - an independent house sleeping up to 12 people in three apartments; Villa Rosselmini or The Monastery - converted monastery sleeping 6.
