Le Falcette is situated in a rural area amidst orchards, vineyards and woods in the Lucca hills. This Tuscany accommodation - near Lucca, Italy - is located on the wine road and takes its name from the small stream which runs along the border of the property.
The property consists of a renovated barn and a further farm building both of which have been refurbished using local and original materials. External and internal walls are original stone and there are chestnut-beamed ceilings, terracotta- and stone-tiled floors. The riverbanks are also bordered by stone. Special attention has been given to the restoration both inside and out, and the 5000 square metre garden has a traditional setting with orchard and olive groves.

The main residence is approximately 100 square metres. On the ground floor there is a living area with corner kitchen, a bathroom, cloakroom and a sitting room which has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Upstairs, which is reached by an original-style wooden staircase, there is a further bathroom, two double bedrooms with cloakroom and a small living room with a double bed, making a possible eight beds available.
The smaller building is about 30 square metres and consists of a single living area with corner kitchen, wood stove and a bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living-room.
Both apartments have hot water and independent heating, 220V electricity, fridge with small freezer section, electric cooker and all necessary crockery, linen etc. There is also a small safe in each apartment.
At Le Falcette, there is a 10 x 5 metre, 1,20 - 1,50m deep swimming pool with a salt purification system. Also, there are some bicycles for use of the guests.
