Apartment Felicità is a third floor holiday flat with a balcony which looks out over a small piazza to the sea and over umbrella pines to the blue-grey peaks of the Apuan Alps. The apartment is in the centre of Viareggio and, in spite of being in a relatively tranquil part of town, is surrounded by shops, banks, bars, restaurants and all the other amenities of a holiday resort.

Decorated in a simple, modern style, the apartment offers comfortable holiday accommodation for up to six guests in four bedrooms (two double and two single). It has a spacious living/dining room, a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, an entrance hall and two bathrooms with showers.
Apartment Felicità is airy and peaceful with well-lit rooms, and makes a wonderfully peaceful retreat after a day of basking on the beach or exploring northern Tuscany.
