This beautifully restored rustico occupies a marvellous position, in a beautiful area of countryside above Segromigno and a short distance from the mediaeval walled city of Lucca. It has a panoramic view over the plain of Lucca, lies near to olive groves and is close to several excellent wine producers. Furnished with antiques and Tuscan curios, this Tuscan holiday home is particularly suitable for those travelling without children.
On the ground floor you'll find a kitchen complete with gas stove and fireplace; the living room has a fireplace and cable TV; there is a laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher, and a large, furnished and covered terrace. The first floor has a master bedroom and two further single beds on the landing. There is a large bathroom.
Access to the swimming pool is shared with two further apartments on the same property. If you have a larger party, ask about booking other two apartments; this could accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a cleaning service available upon request.
