Fresh and bright, the apartment is recently restored and furnished tastefully to give high quality accommodation. Covering about 90 sqm it consists of entrance hall, living room with dining area, separate well-equipped kitchen, double room with en suite bathroom, twin room and single room. There is a second bathroom with shower and a laundry room. A bonus for a city centre apartment (flat) is the furnished garden space, a perfect refuge for that aperitivo after a long day sightseeing. The living room gives onto the outside where there are the banana trees that give this apartment its name, while the single bedroom also has access to garden area.
Lucca is well placed for visiting the art cities of Tuscany (as well as the beaches of the Tuscan Riviera) and the proximity of public transport means that you won't need to hire a vehicle.
Weekly rental prices include bed and bath linen, electricity and final cleaning
but do not include heating which is charged according to use.
