Weekly rental for this Italian holiday villa starts at €2250 in the low season, rising to €3250 in mid season and €4650 in high season. The minimum stay is seven days, and check-in and check-out are on Saturdays only. These prices include linen, towels for swimming, water, electricity, gas, safety deposit box, internet connection, three hours daily cleaning, (15 hours per week), and all taxes. Extra services available include heating, home-cooked Tuscan dinners, a cook and extra cleaning. Breakfast is not included.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the deposit is received, a voucher will be emailed to you. This voucher must be printed and shown to the owners on arrival (at which point you can settle the balance of your bill). If you do not produce your voucher, the owners do reserve the right to vary prices and conditions.
