All of the ground floor (kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom/study with single bed) has direct access to the garden. On the first floor there is an American style kitchen, with living area, and two large windows with splendid views over the Lucca plain. Also on this floor there is a large bathroom with tub and a veranda, a double/twin bedroom with spectacular views, a dressing room with single bed, and a small external terrace. On the second floor there are a further two double/twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The private garden with its terrace with pergola for outdoor dining is surrounded by olive groves and meadows and has superb views. Guests are also welcome to share the vegetable garden and swimming pool (free-standing, 9.5 m x 4.5 m) belonging to the main villa.
