Apartment Nina is situated on the first floor of an old palazzo on Via della Zecca in the historic centre of Lucca.

Completely renovated, this Lucca holiday accommodation offers a comfortable base from which to explore the unique and fascinating town of Lucca.

The living room looks onto Via della Zecca and has a double sofa bed, TV, Hi-Fi and internet. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area and a washing machine. The large peaceful double bedroom looks over the internal courtyard and is furnished with period pieces - there is a newly fitted bathroom with shower.

Restaurants, shops and bars are all only a few steps away, as are the stunning walls that enclose the old town. Bicycles are available for rent close to the apartment giving you a chance to circle the walls and get around Lucca as the locals do. Bus and train stations are a short walk away (nothing is very distant in this small town) and offer links to all the important art cities of Tuscany.

Sleeping 2 or 4 people, Apartment Nina is ideal for those seeking self catering accommodation in Lucca, and sees you staying right in the heart of one of the finest towns in Tuscany.

Prices
Low season: November , December, January, February ,March € 420 per week for 4 people and € 380 per week for 2 people.
Mid Season: April, October, Christmas holidays, Easter Holidays € 480 per week for 4 people and € 420 per week for 2 people.
High season: May, June, July, August, September, € 500 per week for 4 people and € 450 per week for 2 people.

Linen, towels, utilities, air conditioning, tv sat, wifi, final cleaning included. Central heating in low season is an extra cost. Monthly prices available on request.

From Mrs. Denise Kuhta: I was very comfortable at the Nina apartment and have stayed their twice. I brought an IPOD touch so could not use the Internet at the apartment. I believe there is a set up they can do for you if you bring a laptop and want to use it in the apartment. The colors are very bright, but the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The colors never bothered me, in fact I grew to like how colorful my few weeks in Lucca were. The bathroom is very small, like most European bathrooms. The bedroom is lovely with a very comfortable, large bed (probably queen size) and some lovely furniture. The window shutters are great at blocking street sounds and making the bedroom very quiet and dark for sleep. The landlords are very kind and helpful.
My goal is staying at Apartment Nina was to live as much as possible like a local, without too much fuss or need for upscale things. The location is fantastic and the little bar on the corner has the best coffee in Lucca!
