In a rustic environment, close to Lucca, with reasonable prices, either for a week or for a longer period, you can rent a renovated farmhouse. The houses, lying on the hills among olive groves and vineyards, with a fabulous view overlooking Pisa, Livorno and the sea, are situated in the heart of the Tenuta di Forci. Every house has been restored and completely furnished with antique furniture. Each house has an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and a TV. The distance from Lucca is 10km and more or less 30km from Pisa and the sea.

La Palazzina sleeps 10. An old farmhouse resting on the slope of the hill, it has an open terrace covered with a pergola. The ground floor has a living room with a big fireplace, dining room, kitchen, wood oven, one double room, one triple room and one full bathroom. The first floor has a double room, a triple room and two full bathrooms. The lower floor has a laundry and cellars.
This very old farmhouse, which had been gently decaying in the midst of the olive groves and the vineyards of the Forci estate, has been lovingly restored with total respect for its original character, using old materials.

There is a spacious terrace with panoramic views, with tall cypress trees, low walls and a pergola. It is furnished with a table, easy chairs and a barbecue. Downhill there is covered parking for two cars. The house has a utility room with washing machine, ironing table and iron, and a kitchen with cooker and oven, dishwasher and crockery for ten. There is a wood pizza oven. The house is also equipped with a TV and a stereo hi-fi. Arrival is between 4pm and 6pm, departure before 10am.
