Casa Colonica I Fiori is a lovely country farmhouse next to the main villa, and contains apartments Fortuna 1 (6 people), Fiori (4) and Fienile (8). Fortuna 1, on two floors, has wood-beamed ceilings, tiled floor and stone staircase, as well as satellite TV and a spacious kitchen. Fiori is a cosy apartment on the ground floor and great for families or disabled visitors; it has satellite TV and a large kitchen. Fienile meanwhile is on two floors and sleeps 8, with one double and three twin bedrooms. The three properties share a swimming pool with garden furniture, and each of the apartments has a bathroom with bath tub.

Casa Colonica Puledra is a 19th century farmhouse in hand made brick, timber beamed ceiling and terracotta floors. Beautifully and sympathetically restored it has three apartments, sleeping between 2 and 5 guests. Each maintains the old charm of the building but with modern comforts. Puledra 1 is located on the ground floor and accommodates 2/3 guests. There is a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen has a fireplace and is furnished with marble counter top. Puledra 2 accommodates 2 guests and consists of living/dining room with a kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Puledra 3 is suitable for 4/5 guests. The original stone staircase leads to the first floor that consists of a well-equipped kitchen with marble countertop, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.

Villa Pieve is a typically Tuscan country villa, accessed by private road, with its own swimming pool and sleeping ten. The old charm of the country villa has been maintained, the atmosphere is warm and cosy. The house sits in 3000sqm of fenced garden, with olive trees, pines and flowers.
