Villa Giorgetti is a 19th century country villa, with private chapel and spacious lawns. It is a sunny, lovely, peaceful place with a beautiful view overlooking the 'Colline Lucchesi'.

This beautiful old house has been arranged as three apartments, Giorgetti 1, 2 and 3, sleeping from 4 to 8. Giorgetti 1 lies on the villa's second floor, provides beautiful views, and offers accommodation for 8 guests. The airy living/dining room has beautiful views over Lucca. There is a large equipped kitchen, a double and three twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). Giorgetti 2 accommodates 4/5 guests. All rooms are accessed from a spacious living room. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is furnished with antique furniture and can be rented all year round. Giorgetti 3 is a cosy apartment for 4 guests. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

At the centre of the estate is Villa Iolanda, from the early 19th century. The larger rooms have ceiling frescoes and floors laid with classic Tuscan tiles. The villa is accessed by two sets of stairs, each leading to a terrace, one on the north and one on the south side. The villa can be rented in its entirety (sleeping 12-14 over six bedrooms and six bathrooms), or it can be divided as two apartments sleeping 7/8 apiece. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Guests are provided with outdoor private parking, wifi internet, computer with internet access in the reception area, TV.

There are also trails through the woods, laid-out keep fit areas, horseback riding, a swimming pool, table tennis, table football, a shared barbecue area and a coin operated washing machine are also available in all the buildings.

Directly managed by the owners (husband and wife team Vittorio Silvestrini and Barbara MacNeil) the property is typically Tuscan, comfortably furnished with antique and rustic pieces. Each property has china, cutlery, linen and kitchenware, and insect screens on the windows. There is a barbecue and coin-operated washing machine. The houses have satellite TV.

Weekly prices for 2008, for 12/14 guests in Villa Iolanda, range from €1700 to €2280, excluding the charge for final cleaning. For 4-5 guests, it is €935-€1230 depending on the season; for 7-8 guests €720-€985. Fortuna 1 (6 guests) is €680-930. Fienile (8 guests) is €720-€1260. Fiori (4 guests) is €490-€750. Giorgetti 1 (8 guests) is €630-€880. Giorgetti 2 (4-5 guests) is €460-€820. Giorgetti 3 (4 guests) is €525-€680. Puledra 1 (2-3 guests) is €385-€570. Puledra 2 (2 guests) is €300-€495. Puledra 3 (4-5 guests) is €410-€700. Villa Pieve (10 guests) is €2200-€2925.

A chef is available on request at 15euro/hour, products are not included in the price.

The property is not available during the period from mid-December to mid-January.
