The entrance hall leads to a spacious and airy and bright lounge, with leather sofa-bed, plasma satellite TV, CD and DVD player. There is a phone/internet connection here. Leading from the lounge, via a French sliding door, is a high-quality modern kitchen with marble basin and dishwasher. Back to the hallway and – to the right – there is a beautiful large bedroom with plasma TV, phone and stereo system. There is an elegant bathroom, and a separate laundry with washing machine. Access to the apartment is via magnetic keys; there is also an alarm system.

Prices
Low season: November , December, January, February ,March € 580 per week for 4 people and € 550 per week for 2 people.
Mid Season: April, October, Christmas holidays, Easter Holidays € 660 per week for 4 people and € 620 per week for 2 people.
High season: May, June, July, August, September, € 690 per week for 4 people and € 650 per week for 2 people.
Linen, towels, utilities, air conditioning, tv sat, wifi, final cleaning included. Central heating in low season is an extra cost. Monthly prices available on request.

That week was the highlight of our trip. Firstly your very efficient management of the booking put our mind at ease. We were met at the apartment as agreed and it was a delightful apartment, everything we needed for our stay and extremely well equipped. We had a couple of minor issues (could not open front door & then heating/hot water went of). On both occasions I called the owners who were there within 15 minutes to resolve the problem - excellent service. At this stage we are contemplating returning to Lucca next year for a longer stay and, if appropriate, would like to contact you in a few months to consider accommodation options. Kind regards
