Each residence is complete with satellite TV, air conditioning, garage, a telephone and video intercom, an alarm system and an electronic safe. The residences are connected by a switchboard to the adjoining Caffe' Charlot, so you can easily request room service.
The bathing establishments are a few steps from the residences and include every holiday comfort: from a beach with a private bathing establishment and supplied with a bar and a snack bar to an open-air swimming pool situated just 100 metres from the shore.
