This is a very spacious apartment. It covers some 240sqm, and is very bright thanks to the numerous large windows that overlook the church. It is furnished with elegance and your stay will be extremely comfortable. It is fully equipped with satellite TV, high speed internet conncection (ADSL), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. Cot and high chairs are always available on request. There are bikes at your disposal for sightseeing around Lucca.

Accommodating up to nine, the flat has no outdoor space, but there is a small balcony overlooking Chiesa Santa Maria. There is no air conditioning but you won’t need it — the thickness of the walls and the high ceilings keep things cool in summer.

The whole apartment has been carefully renovated and directed, achieving a balance between modern comforts and the traditions of the building. You enter the large central hallway, and off this runs the main living room ... a marvellous space for relaxing. Also off the hall lies the small, pink living room, ideal for reading; the master bedroom with fireplace and balcony; a bathroom with bathtub; and a hallway leading to the kitchen and the storage room.
