Tiepolo offers the best of both worlds for your holiday in Tuscany — it has been renovated to a high standard of modern comfort and convenience, but retains a rustic, old-fashioned charm.

The ceilings are in traditional style, with exposed wooden beams that lend a delightful contrast to the traditional lime-washed walls. Decorations and furniture have been carefully selected, both for comfort and style, with many period pieces and antiques.

On the ground floor is a large living room and a spacious dining room, both with a fireplace. There is also a beautiful country kitchen with a large fireplace for grilling meats, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a traditional stone sink.

All of the downstairs rooms open onto the front garden through French windows. Outside is a pretty, wisteria-covered pergola with a large table for dining al fresco. There is also a barbecue and a well-kept swimming pool.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, all with screened windows. A double and a twin-bedroom share a bathroom with tub and shower. The other double and twin have en suite bathrooms with a shower. As with the rest of the accommodation, stylish furniture has been selected for comfort and to complement the old fashioned air of the house.

Tiepolo is actually attached at the far side to another house but it is completely independent with its own road, entrance and garden.
