This rustic dwelling, dating back to 1860, has now been completely restored as a beautiful Tuscan bed and breakfast, with terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings.
With a total floor area of 450m², this is substantial holiday accommodation. There are four bathrooms plus one for disabled guests, and the accommodation is divided into two separate living areas.
And there is a choice of accommodation in this Tuscan bed and breakfast.
The first building is laid out in the following fashion. On the ground floor there is a small entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with wood-burning stove, a bathroom for disabled guests, a small bathroom, a living room and a smaller study. The first floor has a living room, which also sleeps two, a dressing room with wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower.
There is a large double bedroom with two windows: one overlooks the garden and the other one the Alps. The room has a fireplace and a Victorian bathtub. The accommodation is furnished with country-style pieces. Water, gas, electricity and satellite TV are included in the price.

The second bed and breakfast apartment lies on the second floor, but with its own independent entrance. It has a kitchenette, a dining room with a small fireplace, a hall leading to the third floor, and a large living room with a fireplace. On the third floor there is a dressing room with wardrobe, two double rooms and a single room overlooking the medieval hamlet.
There is a bathroom, another bathroom with solarium, an antique marble and wood sink, and a Victorian bathtub. The floors are laid in chestnut. The garden is open to all guests.
