Situated near a small town close to the Versilian coast, Villa Maresol is an ideal holiday rental for extended families and groups of friends.

Sleeping up to fourteen guests this luxurious villa for rent in Tuscany offers the peace and tranquillity of a country home while local services are at a short distance and Viareggio with its beaches and thriving night life is only fifteen minutes away.

The villa is very spacious, covering 1200 sqm, and is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and doors to the large furnished terrace, and a formal dining room also with doors to the terrace. There is a further living room with TV and a glazed sunroom with access to outside. The main kitchen has a fireplace and is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and blender. There is a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms each with two single beds, one with doors to a shared balcony, and three double rooms with queen size beds and doors to the shared balcony. The three bathrooms on this floor all have tub, hand shower and separate shower.
On the lower or basement level there are a large dining room (fireplace with grill) and a second kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, both with access to outside. There is also an exercise room and a laundry with washer/dryer.

Outside there is a large park with olive trees, roses and lemon trees, a lake with good fishing and a large (20x10m) swimming pool, all of which will make it hard for you to tear yourself away. However if you have the will power Villa Maresol is well placed for access to the sandy beaches of Versilia (only 15 minutes away), Pietrasanta with its large artistic community, and Torre del Lago with Puccini's villa and the famous outdoor opera festival held on the lakeside. The art cities of Tuscany are also easy to reach from here, with Lucca 25 minutes away, Pisa at 30 minutes and Florence at little over an hour.
This is also an area with natural charms that are well worth exploring, with natural parks where you can experience the local flora and fauna and panoramic views that will take your breath away. There are countless mountain villages to explore where you can fully immerse yourself in the history, food and wine of this fascinating territory.

The swimming pool is open from May until the start of October, and private beach access with reserved parking is available for a reasonable price at a friendly beach club on the coast.

Weekly Rental Rates (from Saturday to Saturday) range from Euro 3900 to Euro 6900 depending on the season. Rates include gas, electricity costs, bed and bath linen and final cleaning, but do not include the security deposit of Euro 800 and heating which is charged according to use.
