This holiday villa in Tuscany lies outside of Lucca, Italy. Built in 1500 and recently renovated, the villa accommodates 14+4 guests over seven bedrooms with eight bathrooms.
The ground floor comprises entrance hall, TV room (satellite TV), kitchen, dining room, two small dining rooms, studio with computer (with access to internet), bathroom with shower and laundry. The first floor has five bedrooms with five bathrooms. There is a living room with two doors out to the garden. The second floor has two bedrooms with two bathrooms, living room, and fitness area, plus an area for reading.

The house has luxurious furnishings and throughout possesses an ambience of extreme elegance. There is a very large garden with a swimming pool, a limonaia (for growing lemon trees) completely equipped for dining, a gazebo and a pond. There is also the Guest House, which accommodates four guests over two double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The total capacity is of the house is 14 in the main villa and four in the Guest House ... a total of 18. The villa lies in the village of San Martino in Freddana and therefore is handy for both Lucca (10km) and the Tuscan coast.
