Villa Eleste is a holiday apartment close to Lucca, Tuscany. This delightful holiday flat is on the ground floor of a 'villa padronale' next to its own private wood.
The 150 square metre apartment is quietly placed, has its own private entrance, an automatic private gate and private parking. Best of all, the property is immersed in the verdant grounds of a private house. The living room and the porch give onto the garden, which has garden furniture, a wood stove and barbecue. The 8 x 4.5 metre pool is to the back of the house, there are sunbeds and a ping pong table. The private wood includes pines, oak and corbezzoli, and there are superb walks, with super views of the surrounding countryside, and towards the hills around Montecarlo. The hills are great for walking and mountain biking.
There is a living room with fireplace, dining table and TV. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American coffe machine, cooking hob and a small table. The storage room has a sink and there is a washing machine available. Note that there is a slightly raised floor (four steps).
Lucca is 11km from here, Pisa 30km, Florence 60km, Versilia and Forte dei Marmi 30km, the Apuan Alps and Garfagnana 40km. There is tennis 7km away, horse riding 15km, golf 16km, thermal spa 16km, pharmacy and various shops 1km, supermarket 1km and hospital 5km.

The apartment has a swimming pool, shared with the owners, and available from 15 May to 15 September.
The villa is available on a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday each week, with arrivals between 5pm and 8pm. Shorter stays can be arranged on request. Baby cots/cribs can be arranged on request; bath, bed and kitchen linen is supplied, but you'll need your own towels for the pool and bed linen for the baby cot if needed. Linen is changed weekly.
Note that cleaning is not included in the price, and on your departure the kitchen has to be left clean and any waste disposed of. Electricity, hot water and heating are not included in the price, though gas is. There is a deposit against damages payable on arrival (no credit cards unfortunately). Pets are not allowed. The owners of the house have their own dog (in a fenced area) who is very friendly.
