This Lucca holiday villa offers Tuscan accommodation with a swimming pool, in Italy. Villa Gabri is set in Meati, south west of Lucca, just 5.5km from the walls of the city and 5km from the highway exit. The closest supermarket is 3km away.
Previously Villa Gabri was an annex of the beautiful Villa Zambaldi. About ten years ago it was restructured and became a new home for its owners. Now it's become a holiday villa. Though it is semi-detached accommodation, it has an independent entrance, is private and completely enclosed. The neighbour lives outside of Lucca and comes very rarely. This other villa is not for rent, so you are undisturbed.
The accommodation is composed of four bedrooms: two of them are doubles and two of them are twins. There are two bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub) and a laundry with WC downstairs.
The house is laid out as follows. On the ground floor is an entrance with a small fireplace, a very spacious kitchen/dining room with a huge table for 12/14 guests and a big fireplace. There's a large living room with beamed ceiling, a small room giving onto the garden and pergola, and a laundry room with a WC. The first floor has four rooms, two bathrooms, a small living area with TV and a studio with large windows: this is overlooking the swimming pool, and the surrounding countryside. One of the double bedrooms has a small terrace overlooking the garden. In front of the house there is a large lawn – perfect for children. There's a swimming pool with gazebo and wickerwork outdoor furniture.
