This welcoming spacious building once served as the farm's oil mill but now offers comfortable, traditional holiday accommodation for 8-10 guests. The house enjoys a wonderful panoramic view and has a private garden and its own swimming pool (8x4m). Part of the Villa Ghiaia, it is set in terraced olive groves, vineyards and forest on a hill between Lucca and the seaside.
The farmhouse has been lovingly decorated and furnished, with every feature from the marble floor of the living room to the original ceiling beams lending an old-fashioned sense of luxury. Furniture is comfortable and stylish, and has been selected to complement the surroundings.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), service room (washing machine and WC).
Upper floor: Stylish sleeping accommodation with parquet flooring: two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (shower and WC).
