Villa Laura – Tuscan holiday accommodation between Lucca and Viareggio

Villa Laura is an elegant semi-detached villa set in a very attractive garden a short distance from the small town of Camaiore in northern Tuscany.

Convenient for the sandy beaches of Versilia (Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore are only a 10 minute drive away) the house enjoys a sunny and tranquil position in the foothills and has views of the surrounding hills. The Tuscan cities of art are easy to reach from here, while all kinds of sports - mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, golf and of course water sports - can be practised in the area. The centre of the ancient town of Camaiore with its many shops, restaurants and pizzerias is only 2 km away.

The villa covers 240 sqm over three floors and offers comfortable holiday accommodation for up to eight guests. On the basement level there is a large dining room, a living room with fireplace and cooking corner, a laundry room and bathroom with shower. There is a double sofabed in the living room.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and a large veranda with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. On the first floor are the three bedrooms (two double, one twin), a bathroom with tub and a covered terrace looking over the garden, swimming pool and the surrounding hills.

The large and beautifully kept mediterranean garden boasts an attractive swimming pool (6mx12m) with Jacuzzi corner, a hot shower and comfortable furniture where you can while away the day.

Facilities at this holiday rental property include satellite TV and WiFi internet access. Private beach access with reserved parking at a friendly beach club nearby is available for a very reasonable price.

Weekly rental rates (from Saturday to Saturday) range from Euro 1600 to Euro 2700 depending on the season.
Rates include gas, electricity, bed and bath linen.
Rates do not include final cleaning (Euro 80), heating (payable according to use) and a security deposit of Euro 500.

The swimming pool is open from April 1st to October 25th.
