It's an ideal spot too for enjoying the unique atmosphere of Viareggio's world-famous Carnival each February.

Villino Silvia is a spacious and elegant apartment, located in a strategic position: all the major beaches and tourist attractions and things to do are within 10 minutes walk. The historic centre of Lucca is easily reachable in about 15 minutes both by car or by train (the railway station is less than five minutes walk). Every year, in February, the famous Viareggio Carnival Parade takes place in the main pedestrian street by the sea, which is less than ten minutes walk from the villino.

The villino, recently totally renovated, is located on the ground floor of a typical Viareggio-style house. It is surrounded by a little private garden, which may also be used for private parking. The apartment is laid out as follows. There is an airy and spacious dining room (with extendable table for eight people); a living room; well-equipped kitchen; two double bedrooms; two big bathrooms (with a shower each); private parking.

In addition to two double beds, two double sofa-beds are also available (so that up to eight people can comfortably sleep in the apartment). The dining room has a colour TV and a DVD player.The kitchen has oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc.
