Casa Lanciotto (pictured on the previous page) covers 140m² and sleeps 9. Fully furnished with antiques, it contains 5 very comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with balcony, family bathroom with bathtub and a second bathroom with shower. The house enjoys the exclusive use of a pergola for al fresco dining.

Lanciotto is centrally heated, and a sun bed and towels are provided. The kitchen has a 4-ring stove, freezer, fridge, oven and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace and a living area seating for 9 people. The dining room has seating for 10 people. There are 2 bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms and 1 single. There is satellite and cable TV. Outside there is a balcony, barbecue, garden, shared swimming pool, terrace, 9 garden chairs and 11 beach chairs.

Casa Liliana covers 70m², sleeping 4. Refurbished in the most classic Tuscan tradition, Casa Liliana has two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a kitchen and living room with fireplace. As with Casa Lanciotto, Casa Liliana enjoys the use of a private pergola. Liliana has central heating, linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen has a 4-ring stove, freezer, fridge, oven and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace, a living area seating 4, and a dining area seating 4 people. There is 1 bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. Outside there is a barbecue, garden, shared swimming pool, terrace, 4 garden chairs and 4 beach chairs.

Casa Il Signorino is a picturesque detached brick farmhouse arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large sitting/dining room with a typical Tuscan fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with both shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. Guests will enjoy the astonishing views from all sides of the house.

All three houses welcome children, pets are considered, but the layout makes them unsuitable for elderly or infirm guests, and they are wheelchair inaccessible. Nearby there is cycling, horse riding, swimming, tennis and good walking.
