The farmhouse has a washing machine and TV and is suitable for people with disabilities.

Rosemary is an apartment sleeping seven and is situated in front of the swimming pool. It comprises a spacious living room, kitchen, two double rooms, a bedroom with three beds and two bathrooms with shower. The washing machine is shared with Apartment Lavender. TV is available on request and the apartment is suited for people with disabilities.
Casa Ruffilli is 6km away. it is equipped with a brand-new 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with jacuzzi and a marvellous view over the Colline Volterrane. As the farmhouse is divided into two apartments, it is ideal for two families of friends who wish to pass a holiday of absolute privacy
On the ground floor, Apartment Heliantus sleeps four people and a child. A spacious and bright living room leads into a kitchenette. There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a covered area for eating outside. The apartment has central heating.
External stairs take you up to Apartment Laurus, which sleeps five to six.
