Villa Costalbagno is owned by a couple who are eager to share their corner of paradise with guests who appreciate its value. Their typical Tuscan farmhouse is set in a large park and has been tastefully restored with traditional beams and terracotta floors.
The accommodation consists of two holiday rental apartments, Germano Reale and Gallinella. Germano Reale may be rented alone or, in the case of larger groups, along with the smaller Gallinella.
Germano Reale covers 160 sqm and sleeps up to 8 guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (dishwasher, electric ovem, fridge/freezer), bathroom with shower and a small laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, two twin rooms, and a bathroom with tub and shower. There is a private furnished patio outside equipped with barbecue.

Gallinella covers 100 sqm and sleeps up to 5 guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a small kitchen with electric oven and fridge/freezer, a bathroom with shower, and there is a washing machine. On the first floor there is large double bedroom with small study, a triple bedroom (bunk beds and a single bed), and a bathroom with shower. There is a private equipped patio for the exclusive use of guests.
The large park boasts a pond with fish and wild ducks, a gazebo with table tennis, a five-a-side football pitch and a partly above-ground swimming pool (9.90 M x 4.90 M x 1.30 M) supplied with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Information is available to guests on sites of artistic and naturalistic interest, mountain bike rental, horse riding, and purchase of local crafts and produce (olive oil, wine etc) direct from farms.
There are also gourmet evenings on offer including tastings of traditional Tuscan dishes, a pizza party and the preparation and tasting of homemade bread with natural yeast.
