Il Borghino offers the best of several worlds for visitors to Tuscany. Set within olive groves, it leads the eye naturally across the immaculately cultivated Tuscan countryside - the views are tremendous. Yet you are never far from one of the excellent local restaurants, with Leonetto just 60 yards away. And San Gimignano (just 6km distant) and Certaldo boast a huge choice of good places to eat.

The three apartments at Il Borghino are all different, yet all have their individual charm. Owners Simone and Alessandra have lavished enormous care and love on the refurbishment of Apartment Zenzero. Wood-beamed ceilings arc over terracotta floors, and walls are painted in the warm pastels so typical of traditional Tuscan architecture.
This first floor apartment has a private entrance into a spacious living room/dining room, complete with satellite TV, a fireplace with open hearth and comfortable sofas. From here, a French window opens on to the front terrace, perfect for dining outdoors.
To the left of the living room is a hallway to a single bedroom on the left, and a complete bathroom with bathtub on the right. And at the end of the hallway lies the spacious master bedroom, with canopied bed and panoramic windows.
