Borgo Casole is a charming complex, recently built and situated in a quiet location amidst rolling hills. These Italy apartments with pool, central Tuscany, lie close to the little medieval town of Casole D’Elsa.
The property comprises three buildings offering 15 spacious and comfortable apartments, all of which are tastefully furnished. And the apartments are superbly situated. Casole D’Elsa with all kinds of shops is 2km away, Colle Val D’Elsa 10km, Siena 30km, Florence 55km.

There is a small restaurant onsite, where guests can taste fine local dishes. The complex has a shared laundry (to be paid extra). Access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road, parking within the grounds. Extra bed and baby bed available by request (payment on the spot). Maid service available by arrangement (to be paid locally). All of the apartments are provided with air-conditioning (payable on the spot depending on the use). Bikes for rent.
Casole B apartments sleep 2-4, with a bedroom and two bathrooms, and a floor area of 45 square metres. Set either on the ground or first floor, these flats have a living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed, kitchen corner with dining area, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Weekly prices are as follows, with extra costs including the €200
deposit, final cleaning of €55, heating
