Quietly situated on the hills that surround Siena, the house affords beautiful and expansive views over the surrounding landscape. This house has been recently and skilfully restored and turned into six lovely apartments, all offering tastefully furnished interiors decorated in a traditional Tuscan style.

At guests’ disposal is a very nice furnished garden, a swimming-pool (12 x 6m – maximum depth 2m – open from 01/05 to 31/10) and a shared barbecue. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road, parking is within the grounds. A maid service is available by arrangement (to be paid locally). There is an extra bed and baby bed available on request (to be paid as extra on the spot), and small pets are allowed.

Apartment Alabastro, sleeping 2-4, has one bedroom, one bathroom and a floor area of 50 square metres. Set on the first floor, it has a living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, dining area, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Weekly prices for Alabastro are as follows, with extra costs including the €150 deposit, final cleaning of €40 per person (minimum €52), and heating according to consumption:
