una bottiglia di vino di Corsignano
There is a host of special activities at Tenuta Corsignano. Tour the estate's vineyards and visit the wine-making cellar. Taste the home produce, including Riserva wine, Chianti Classico, Grappa, Vin Santo, olive oil, bruschetta, olives and Pecorino cheese.
In October, join the grape harvest. You will collect grapes with the farmers, tour the cellars and lunch on the fresh goods of the estate: olives, Pecorino, grilled sausages and ribs, bruschetta, tomatoes and beans.
Or join the cooking classes. Pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and fresh herbs from the garden, then try your hand at preparing spinach gnocchi and vegetable quiche, or a luscious dessert of country nut cake or cantucci. Your creations will be served as a three-course lunch with wines from the farm.
