The central living room upstairs is a living room which looks out over the trees through windows on both sides of the room. The kitchen/dining room next door has a typically Tuscan kitchen range and fireplace covered by local travertine, a stone pinkish-gold in colour. The walls have been painted with the light blue chalk wash which is characteristic of the old kitchens in the peasant houses.

The bedrooms are kept in more delicate hues, ranging from pale pink to pale yellow and pale blue. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, a third large bathroom serves the other two bedrooms.

The ground floor (what used to be the barn) has been converted into a spacious summer living room divided by 2 columns and flooded with light by 7 large windows. There are benches with cushions along three sides of the room, a large open fire place, futons and a ping pong table make this room to an ideal hang out for the young.

The ground floor and the first floor are connected by characteristic outside stairs and by an internal spiral staircase which is based on a fifteenth century model that was found in the nearby Renaissance town of Sarteano.

The ground floor is composed of a large summer living room (70m²) with open fireplace, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) (access for the disabled), storage room.

The first floor is composed of a large central living room with fireplace, dining kitchen with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom with tub.

The dependence is composed of a large living room with an open fireplace and an open space kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Garden: Pool (12m x 6m) with a pergola for shade, a pergola closer to the house covered in wisteria with large table for meals outside.
