The main house and the dependence have been equipped with all modern facilities, washing-machine, dishwasher, telephone, TV, CD stereo, central heating.

Maid service is included 3 hours per day. Extra maid service and cook can also be arranged. We are able to offer a fully laid out welcome meal, a cot and a highchair, also by request.

The closest village is Contignano which lies on the other side of the Orcia river at a distance of 7 km's from the house. Here you will find a basic food shop, a bar, a butcher and a fruit and vegetable shop. For a larger choice of shops Chianciano Terme is at a distance of 10 km.
