Courses (organised upon request, for 10 to 12 people):

Wine tasting - Arrival Saturday or Sunday. Tours of 3 to 4 wineries in the areas of Montalcino, Chianti and Montepulciano, with a visit to the cellar and a tutored tasting of the wines with a qualified wine expert. Dinners at Il Paradiso di Frassina are included, as are three lunches. Not included: transport to/from airport, extra lunches and beverages.

Cookery courses - Arrival Saturday or Sunday. Four cooking classes (morning/afternoon). A visit to a winery with a tour of the cellars and a wine tasting. Lunches and dinners at Il Paradiso di Frassina. Not included: transport to/from airport, extra beverages.

Photography workshop - 1 week, in collaboration with a famous American photographer. Prices and details on request.
