Sleeping 12 people, the house has six double bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The gates lead into a courtyard with parking for several cars (three covered spaces). There is a big storage and utility room, with laundry, washing machine and dryer located in the courtyard.
Go through the front door of the house and you are in a small hallway, with cloakroom (WC and washbasin). There is a little library then a series of rooms, linked by archways - great for reading, relaxing or watching satellite TV. French windows lead to the garden, to the terrace that runs alongside the house, and to the swimming pool. There is a small study with computer, broadband access and printer, free for you to use. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds. The property has underfloor heating.

There is a dining room with big table seating 12 and a beautifully equipped kitchen. Facilities here include dishwasher, double sink, six-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser and wine fridge.
[ View on Google Map | map of region ]Take one of the stone staircases to the upper floor, with the remaining five bedrooms - the master double room having windows on two sides of the house. All bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning available, ceiling fans and mosquito nets. Some of the bedrooms interconnect (perfect for parents with children) and there is a mixture of bathrooms with showers and with bathtubs.
The views from this upper floor really make this property, with a vista over vineyards and farmland and the small holdings that surround the villa towards Montepulciano. You will spend much of your time outside and the external terrace, which is great for al fresco meals, has a barbecue, pizza and bread oven. There is also a table tennis table, boules court and a 14-metre infinity pool.
