Tired of city life, in 1996 we decided to live in the heart of Crete Senesi. Immediately we fell in love with Molinello, with its Etruscan origins (and the nearby tumulus), its medieval mill (whose ruins are still visible today), its age-old oak trees, and the peacefulness and quiet that surround it. We have decided to share all this with our guests.

We live in a wing of the farm and we provide the following for guests: a swimming pool, green area, playground, washing machine, wood oven, barbecue, mountain bike hire, organic vegetables and home-grown fruit. We organise a weekly wine tasting course to explore the main Tuscan DOC and DOCG wines, and a cooking lesson. There is a weekly activities programme. Our winery is at guests' disposal to relax and to taste a good glass of wine.

Lying close to Siena, Italy, the apartments are perfectly situated for many days out. At the Spas in Rapolano it is possible to take mud bath treatment, inhalations (April to November), physical therapy, beauty treatments, massages (all year round). In summer the thermal swimming pools (which are open nightly) are excellent for relaxing and for the physical wellbeing. On request it is possible to visit the Etruscan tomb of Tumulo del Molinello, a Travertine grave among several in the area.
