This lovely old mill dates back to the 12th century. Recently restored it has now been transformed into a comfortable countryside residence - its main characteristics being its charm, privacy and tranquility. Surrounding the house is an estate of some five hectares of land made up of woods and an olive grove. In the valley, around 500 metres away, stands the old Abbey of Sant'Antimo.
The ground floor of this Tuscan holiday farmhouse contains a large living/dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with access to the gardens, a pantry and laundry room, and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you'll discover a spacious living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with bathroom (shower), a study with double divan bed (140 cm) and access to the grounds. There is a further bathroom with a slanted ceiling and shower. A steep staircase leads to two double bedrooms on the second floor.
