A local lady will prepare the most delicious meals for you. Your hosts can arrange a first grocery shopping and household help, as well as a meal on the evening of your arrival, a baby cot and a high chair. There is a mobile (cell) phone available upon request. The house is equipped with central heating, satellite TV, CD stereo, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, hair dryer, iron and ironing board - this Tuscan villa rental combines the best of old and new.
The nearest shopping is in the village of Castelnuovo dell'Abate (10 minutes' drive from the house). There is a private parking space for the car.

Weekly 2009 prices are as follows:
Low Season: €2655. From 1 January to 4 April, from 7 November to 31
December.
Mid Season 1: €3165. From 4 April to 30 May, 3 October to 7 November.
Mid Season 2: €3675. From 30 May to 27 June, 29 August to 3 October.
High Season: €4190. From 27 June to 29 August.
Check in at this Tuscan villa rental is on Saturdays between 4 and 7pm; check out on Saturdays before 10am. Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly change of linen and final cleaning. Extra charges include central heating (expensive in Italy) and wood for the fireplace. Fifty per cent of the rent is to be paid on booking, the remainder on arrival. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Upon arrival guests are asked for €520 (traveller cheques or cash) as a security deposit for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the stay this will be returned, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

In case of cancellation by the client, the following rates will apply: 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival; 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival; 100% as from the 59th day before arrival. Should your hosts manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period they will of course refund you accordingly.
