Farm holidays in Italy: This friendly farm offers spacious apartments, courses in Italian cooking and a swimming pool in a scenic hilltop position south of Siena, Tuscany.

This little piece of paradise will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside. The 18th Century manor house has been converted into seven self-contained apartments. All are furnished with antique furniture and all are equipped with modern kitchens, central heating and other comforts to guarantee a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The estate sits on a hill 420 metres above sea level, and enjoys marvellous panoramic views. Encircled by forest, the house is reached by a tarmac road. Within 5km lie the charming mediaeval villages of Casciano and Vescovado di Murlo.

Apartment Dependance sleeps 8+2 guests, lies on the ground floor and is 150m2. It consists of 4 double bedrooms (1 of this is large and have two extra single beds), a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a veranda.

Apartment Palazzina sleeps 6, lies on the ground floor and 100m2. There are 2 double bedrooms, a large room with sofa bed. The spacious kitchen has a large fireplace, and there is a bathroom with shower.

Apartment Crevole lies on the ground floor, sleeps 2+1, and is 60m2. There is a double bedroom with a third single bed, a spacious equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment Casciano is set on the first floor, sleeps 4 and is 90m2.There are a double
bedroom, wich is comunicating with bathroom, a double bedroom with two single beds and an equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower.

Apartment Vescovado lies on the first floor and is 55 m2. It sleeps 2 guests. There is a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment Murlo sleeps 2, lies on the first floor and is 60m2. There is a double bed with an extra third bed, a kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment Suite is an indipendent apartment of 75m2 which sleeps 2+2. There are a double bedroom, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen with sofa bed.

Villa Siena is and indipendent house of 85m2 which sleeps 2+2. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a private terrace.

All the apartments have heating and are equipped with TV, fridge, wood for fireplace, everything necessary for cooking, bed and bath linen. Apartments are furnished with antique furniture.
