The 'Little House' has a double bedroom, and a smartly equipped modern kitchen, with every convenience, including dishwasher and oven. The living room has a sofa, a charming fireplace, satellite TV, stereo, telephone and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is a verandah - perfect for al fresco meals or for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view.
The 'Big House' has two double bedrooms and a bridal suite, and a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo and telephone. Again, there is a nicely equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and cooker. The house has two bathrooms and central heating. The owners (a husband and wife) live on the ground floor of The Big House and, on request, will prepare very good dinners for you. The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool is open from 30 May each year.
Depending on the season, prices for the 'Big House' range from EURO €800 through €1400. For the 'Little house' the cost varies between €400 and €600.
Set amidst the greenery and total peace of the Tuscan hills, and at a height of 550 metres above sea level, the estate enjoys spectacular views. And though buried in the countryside, such historic cities as Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are all less than an hour's drive away.
