As you approach the farmhouse, your attention is drawn to the central archway. To its left, a few steps take you to the entrance landing, opening on to the 'Gran Focolare' (Big Fireplace) apartment. Covering 150sqm it spreads through the first and second floors. The entrance door opens on to a large hall with a big fireplace: this is the living room and kitchen, equipped with a four-ring gas stove, oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer and sink.
On the same floor are two of the five bedrooms (all with bathroom en suite) that make up the apartment. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor. The apartment can conveniently accommodate up to ten people.
Another door opening on to the entrance landing takes you to the 'Champagne' apartment (34sqm), ideal for two. It has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living area with a settee (extra bed for a possible third person) and a cooking area with well-equipped kitchenette.
Going back to the entrance archway, another staircase to the right will take you to the other apartments.
On the first floor is the 'Camino' (Fireplace) apartment (52sqm): a large bedroom with four beds, bathroom with shower, living area with a double settee and a well-equipped kitchenette.
On the second floor is 'Mansarda' (50sqm), which has a large bedroom with three beds, bathroom with shower, living room with a double settee and a well-equipped kitchenette.
On the middle floor, between the two above mentioned, is the 'Blue' apartment (36sqm). It has a large bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower, small kitchen and reading room with a settee for a single bed.
At the back of the main building, facing south, an internal staircase takes you to 'Fienile' (Barn), an open-plan apartment of 60sqm with a large bedroom with two beds, bathroom with bath, well-equipped kitchen with a four-ring gas stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. In the living room, opening on to the entrance, is a large corner fireplace and a large settee for a double bed.
