In the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, the Relais Sinalunga is a lovely old 18th century estate. This villa and farmhouse has been transformed into Tuscany vacation rentals, and the four modern apartments enjoy magnificent views over rolling, olive grove clad hills.

Lying between the cities of Cortona and Siena, this Tuscany vacation accommodation lies just off the made road, and provides the perfect setting to unwind. The owner of the estate lives in the main villa, and Relais Sinalunga also includes a farmhouse (with the four apartments), a cottage and Villa Falciani: beautifully restored in traditional Tuscan style.

Each of the apartments can be rented separately or the apartments and houses can be rented together, accommodating holiday groups of up to 34 guests. You’ll enjoy every comfort here, including a broadband internet connection (but bring your own laptop as there is no PC provided), phone, satellite TV, safe and shared use of the laundry room. All the cottages and apartments have their own private entrances and outdoor spaces, as well as barbecues for al fresco meals. All the accommodation is comfortable and very nicely furnished.

You will share the swimming pool, the tennis courts and the magnificent parkland around. And your hosts can provide typical Tuscan dishes made from fresh local produce, as well as olive oil and wine tastings.

With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, Gli Archi sleeps 4+2 over 140m². This large, ground-floor apartment is accessed from its own garden. It has a sitting room with fireplace, sofa bed and satellite TV, and the owners have maintained the original features ... old exposed beams span vaulted, brick-lined ceilings.

The living room leads onto a lovely bedroom with four-poster bed; this room also has a large arched doorway giving onto the garden. The second bedroom has a wrought-iron bed and French windows, and opens off the living room. The dining room has a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge. Both bathrooms have shower stalls and extractor fans. Gli Archi is a lovely apartment, comfortable and elegantly furnished, well shaded and ideal for summer.

Il Mandorlo covers 130m² of the ground floor, and sleeps six with its double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two bathrooms. This Tuscany vacation rental lies within the country house and is reached by an internal stairway. The front door opens into the terracotta-floored dining room. With its exposed beams and large fireplace this is rural Tuscany exemplified. There is a kitchenette with a fridge and dishwasher, and the apartment has safe, phone and satellite television.

The living room leads to a passageway and thence on to a superb double bedroom with four-poster. There is a second double room, furnished with 17th century furniture, and a bathroom with shower stall. The twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is also reached from the living room. Outside there is a loggia with table, chairs and barbecue.
