This is an excellent base for visiting Tuscany's major places of interest and is only a few minutes from the nearby village of Pivescola (good for basic shopping), while supermarkets can be found in Colle val d'Elsa, around 14kms away. There is also a restaurant nearby.
There is a good choice of apartments, with Gazebo a typical two-person flat on the ground floor: an attractively furnished studio with a lovely covered patio-terrace, and with table and chairs facing the pool area. It has a living-dining room with double bed and door to the patio. A separate kitchen has a four-ring electric hob and oven, fridge and freezer. It has a shower/WC and - like all the apartments - satellite TV. Apartment Caterina is a typical 2+2 person apartment, adding a double bedroom to the layout, and having a bathroom with bathtub. A typical 4+2 person flat, Apartment Giovanna adds a double bedroom and a twin room.
Apartment Margherita is a spacious apartment on the ground floor, with a private patio, which can comfortably accommodate 4+6 people. It is composed of two bedrooms; one bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower and a washing machine; a living-dining room with open fireplace and double sofa; well equipped kitchen. Apartment La Capanna is a stone built house on one floor, offering a living-dining room with open fireplace and double sofa, open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, private patio.
