An authentic Tuscan cottage of the 17th century with all the comforts of a modern villa is waiting for you! This truly distinctive, stone house has been converted to a comfortable Tuscany villa. Set on a dominant hill in the Chianti countryside with beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards.
Off this room there is a studio that has a single sofa bed. There are also three bathrooms, two of them with shower; in one there is a washing machine.
There is another living room area on the second floor where the group can enjoy relaxation, silence, great views and privacy.

Stairs behind the fireplace lead to a cosy tower room which has been turned into a sitting room that has a satellite TV. From the tower room picturesque sunsets accompany the splendid view of the vineyards which surround Villa LisiDor.
LisiDor has a covered terrace with a stone-and-wood table ideal for meals al fresco. On one side of the terrace there is a barbecue and an original, 300-year-old working bread and pizza oven.

For the active guests a tennis court and a large swimming pool are at your complete disposal, situated within the large (1500 m2) garden and granting much privacy. For part of the day there is some shade on the court. Balls and racquets are provided. The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the house, and is within the enclosed, lawned garden. There is a large pool area which is perfect for large groups to have lots of summer fun. The swimming pool (length 12mt; width 6mt; min depth 1.00mt; max depth 2.30mt) has an outside shower and is opened from about 15th of May to 15th of October.
Spacious and comfortable, Villa LisiDor will permit you to rediscover the luxury of simple things. Wake up in the morning and appreciate the peaceful sound of silence which surrounds you; enjoy complete privacy in the middle of woods, hills of vineyards and olive groves; relish a savoury “Fiorentina” cooked on the barbecue in the garden or on the fireplace in the house; take pleasure in the wonderful garden as the fragrance of rosemary, lavender and sage fills the air; all this at half an hour from Siena and 45 minutes from Florence.
