Italy villa rental - Chianti - A country villa with swimming pool in Tuscany between the towns of Radda and Gaiole, offering a superb base for vacations in Chianti. Either rent the whole villa or individual apartments.
Apartment Bellina is a spacious apartment on the second floor of the villa, with terracotta floors, a lounge with vaulted ceiling and nineteenth century wall decorations ... all making for an extremely pleasant environment. The three bedrooms, two of which are adjoined, are very comfortable and there is a splendid view of Radda, perched on the hillside opposite. Bellina sleeps six over 130m², and has a drawing room, kitchen, double bedroom, two connected bedrooms (one double, one twin), a bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. It has a telephone, dishwasher, central heating and TV. The washing machine in the outside room is shared with Apartment Solaio. There is a shared exterior terrace on the ground floor.

Apartment Solaio is on the second story of the villa, and is accessible via two sets of old stairs. From here, one can admire the landscape of the entire Chianti hillside as far as the horizon. The apartment is furnished with old family pieces for a cosy, charming atmosphere. The two bedrooms are large and comfortable, floors are tiled with old terracotta, exposed beams bolster the ceilings, and an old terracotta stove is a (very efficient) nod back to the heating systems of the past. The kitchen can comfortably cater for four. Solaio sleeps four over 100m². It has a living room with dining area, kitchen, a king-size bedroom with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a dishwasher, oven, telephone, heating and TV. Apartment Principessa is available during August, Easter and Christmas. This apartment is on the first floor of the villa, with the original architecture, and an old-world atmosphere – you can sleep in the very bedroom where Queen Margherita stayed in 1898. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the apartment has use of the exterior terrace on the ground floor in common with the other guests. The apartment sleeps six over 130m². It has a living room, kitchen, a king-size bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, two double bedrooms with bathrooms with tub, and a small communicating bedroom for a child. The flat has a dishwasher, oven, telephone, heating, TV, and shares the terrace and other facilities with the other apartments (see Bellina for full details).
