Italy villa rental - Chianti - A country villa with swimming pool in Tuscany between the towns of Radda and Gaiole, offering a superb base for vacations in Chianti. Either rent the whole villa or individual apartments.
Cottage Chiara is a farmhouse built in local stone, adjacent to the villa and very close to the swimming pool. At one side of the building there is a garden of typical Mediterranean shrubs and other plants - lavender, santolina, rosemary and so forth. Two of the three apartments in Chiara front a small private garden, perfect for hours of tranquil relaxation.
The Cottage Chiara apartment is on the ground floor and is connected via a French window to a small, cool, private garden equipped for enjoyable outdoor meals. The bedrooms are painted in pastel colours, and the fireplace in the living room will make you feel right at home. This first apartment sleeps 4+2 over 130m². It has a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a king-size bedroom, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a dishwasher, oven, telephone, heating and TV, and a laundry room to be shared with Togna and Casina (see below). There is a private garden and you have shared use of the pool and tennis court.

Cottage Casina is a pretty studio apartment on the rear ground floor of the cottage and has a small garden with table where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the peace of the estate. Simple and cosy, it is ideal for couples wishing to rest and surrender to the magic of Tuscany and the Chianti hills. Casina sleeps 2 over 30m². This is a one-room apartment with an open-plan kitchen area, TV, and a bathroom with shower. The laundry room is shared with Chiara and Togna; there is a private garden and you share the pool and tennis.
Cottage Togna is a few stairs up on the first floor of the cottage. From the windows of this Tuscan vacation apartment you enjoy a view over the swimming pool and savour the fragrance of shrubs from the garden beneath. A bedroom with fine French canopy beds provides an elegant touch within the simple country style of the apartment. The living room with fireplace provides a friendly environment for homely evenings enjoying the tranquility of Chianti. Togna sleeps 4 over 100m². It has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, master bedroom, the bedroom with French canopy beds, a bathroom with bathtub. There is a dishwasher, oven, telephone, heating, TV and laundry shared with Chiara and Casina, a private garden and shared use of the pool and tennis.
