Casa Ceres consists of a farmhouse (casale) and a little annex, transformed into the apartments. A porch surrounds two sides of the house, and each of the Italian vacation villas and apartments has its own private outdoor area with garden furniture.
The garden (covering some 2000m²) has a pool and a playground for children. The swimming pool is shared with the guests of casale Sole e Luna (150 metres away). Some 400m from the property there is a little lake suitable for water sports. The furnishings in all these Italian vacation villas and apartments are cosy and comfortable.
Casa Sole & Luna is a beautifully recently restructured casale, lying a short distance from Casa Ceres. In a quiet position, the house is surrounded by a large tree-lined meadow and by a young olive grove. All the four apartments have their own vegetable garden and a patio.

Villa Pindaro is a villa padronale (country house) dating back to the beginning of the twentieth century. It was caringly restructured in the 1980s in the vernacular Umbrian style. Situated amidst five hectares of cypresses, walnut trees, vineyards and olive trees this Umbria villa rental has a beautiful position. It is situated 1.5km from the ancient village of Panicale, which sits terrace-like above Lake Trasimeno. The furniture is very tasteful, carefully matching the traditional Umbrian flavour of the building. And the villa has a large garden with a Roman-style 14 x 6m swimming pool. This is for the exclusive use of the guests, and is open from May to September. The villa has 12 rooms and covers 400m².
