Ceraso is on the main floor. This small, cosy room has the kitchen located in one corner of the sitting room, a fireplace, a double room and private bathroom. Covering 65m² it sleeps 2+1.
Il Granaio is also on the main floor, has a fireplace in the sitting room, a kitchen, two double rooms, a single room and two private bathrooms. Covering 102m² it sleeps 5.
Il Bianco is on the second floor, a sitting room, a kitchen with dishwashing, two double bedrooms, a single room, two private bathrooms and private balcony. Covering 100m² it sleeps 5.
Prices:
In July and August Balco, Granaio and Fornacino (six guests)
costs EURO €900,
Ceraso (two - three guests) costs €550 and Bianco (five)
costs €1000. In June, September, Christmas and Easter Balco,
Fornacino and Bianco costs EURO €780, Ceraso €500 and Granaio €700.
In May, Balco, Fornacino and Bianco costs EURO €700, Ceraso €450
and Granaio €650.
In the remainder of the year, Balco, Fornacino and Bianco costs EURO €600,
Ceraso €300
and Granaio €570.

Included in the weekly room rate are clean towels for the bathrooms, clean linen for the bedrooms, lighting, and gas. Heating is on a pay-by-use basis; each suite has its own heater and meter. You also have use of the house washing machine.
A room for breakfast and dinner on request are available for guests.
