This villa lies in northern Umbria, quite close to the border with Tuscany, 10km from Gubbio and 30km from Perugia.
[ local map | map of region ]The house is over two levels and was fully restored in the 1980s. It sits amidst 100 hectares of fenced land where the owners raise deer (a herd of some 40 animals). This land forms part of the larger family estate of 300 hectares.
This Umbria vacation rental has two double bedrooms (the master bedroom with a lounge area and fireplace). There is a twin bedroom and a single room. There are two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi, and a very large living area with maxi-screen satellite TV and hifi.
